Due Process Institute was founded in response to recurring requests from individuals and small companies in the United States for assistance with sensitive due process issues.
Many times, conventional remedies for due process abuses are economically impractical or exacerbate the problem though loss of reputation and business.

Success in finding solutions requires fully understanding the uniqueness of each situation and creativity in crafting and implementing effective strategies. In this context, the Institute works quickly and confidentially through a network of experts in various fields that can provide the most appropriate prescription.
