Due Process Institute was founded in response to recurring requests from individuals and small companies in the United States for assistance with sensitive due process issues.

Many times, conventional remedies for due process abuses are economically impractical or exacerbate the problem though loss of reputation and business.

Quite often such matters encompass a spectrum of circumstances. Success in finding solutions requires fully understanding the uniqueness of each situation and creativity in crafting and implementing effective strategies.  Cases in which innovation and “seed stage” economic development have been suppressed by denial of due process rights are a particular focus. In this context, the Institute works quickly and confidentially through a network of experts in various fields that can provide the most appropriate prescription.
